At Earthea, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle damages, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Damages and Issues

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your handbag. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at eartheainnovations@gmail.com.

  • To help us process your request, please provide your order number, pictures of the product, and details of the issue.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Custom-made or personalized handbags.

Please ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact when initiating a return.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

  • If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please email us at eartheainnovations@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of rejected refunds, the product will be shipped back to you.
